What's Your Why for Being on the Water

Everyone's got a why. Why we fish, why we bother getting the boat out in the first place.

For me, it goes back to being a kid. Some of my best memories are days out on the boat with my dad, or family trips fishing. We still laugh about some of the things that happened, most of it probably pretty ridiculous looking back.

Now I get to see it from the other side. Our boys and their friends enjoy getting out on the boat too. Sometimes it's an actual fishing trip, sometimes it's just a cruise. Maybe we hit a sandbar, maybe it's just an hour out there to hang out and bs without anybody staring at a screen.
